Summer, a Boston Terrier from King’s Falls, NJ, is reportedly one of the happiest pups in the world.  ”She scores a 122 on the Stephenson Happiness Index,” says licensed canine moodologist Tracey Williams.  ”That’s off-the-charts happy.  Most dogs score 90 to 100 on the Stephenson, and those are very happy dogs.”

What’s Summer’s secret?  Living life at a leisurely pace.  ”She really lets everything just come to her in its own time,” says Williams.  ”She quite literally stops to smell the roses.”

i betcha my pup would come in a close 2nd.  he wouldn’t beat her though because right now he’s so itchy he’s making his skin and ears red, and the medicine makes him feel weird.  but nonetheless, he knows the secret to happiness for sure.
